Cadbury's Dairy Milk Big Taste Peanut caramel crisp
Wow who said I loved chocolate? I may have said a few times!
I have to say when I heard about the peanut caramel crisp I wasn’t overly excited especially with the high amount of peanuts that are coming out at the moment, But needless to say, I was ready to give it a try.
What can I say the bar was massive which I tried hard not to over do it taste wise, well I had to make sure it was good didn't I?
Ok so each large square comes with a peanut shape on the top lovely chocolate over the top I can say my taste buds were dancing, I loved the crunch I had initially thought it was a wafer, but it's crisp, gooey caramel and softness with that crunch from the peanut and crisp.
Delicious and I'd buy it but would need to make it last to enjoy the taste.
Katrina Davison, Cadbury Dairy Milk Brand Manager, said: “ With the UK going nuts for nuts, we have once again made sure our fans can enjoy their favourite chocolate with a new taste and texture experience they will love. The Big Taste range is all about generous layers and textures, and Cadbury Dairy Milk Big Taste Peanut Caramel Crisp is the perfect example of why they’re so great to share.”
Cadbury Dairy Milk Big Taste Peanut Caramel Crisp is available in 278g bars, for a RRP of £3.49 at all major supermarkets.
''Tis the season for chocolate testing Easter eggs in the shops so when the opportunity came to try two new Oreo flavours,
Erm self-confessed chocoholic here yanno!
Anyway I was oh yes I'll try you twisted my arm ha!
So here goes Cadbury Dairy Milk Oreo Peanut Butter flavour in honesty I liked it, but I couldn't eat a full bar as for me it was too much.
I asked Mr B to try, and he also said it was nice but a full bar would be to much, after asking KK she wasn't to fond.
Cadbury Dairy Milk Oreo Mint flavour I was excited about this taste I love mint that moment you open the packet back and get that mint smack in your face mmm.
After trying a strip I was very happy and had to stop myself from demolishing the full bar, it tasted very similar to aero bar, slightly disappointed that there wasn't that extra crunch in it, but it was still really liked by all three of us!
both bars come in 120g bars, for a RRP of £1.49 at most major supermarkets
* I was sent samples to test, all views and opinions are my own and I wasn't swayed in anyway
I was recently sent Rachel's yoghurt vouchers to try a new recipe for this Halloween
With ingredients I cheated as I already had a kit for cupcakes, so with that, an egg Rachel's vanilla yoghurt and some beautiful sweeties for eyes and legs.
What do you think?
Note to self-measure ingredients correctly and don't let the result be a disaster. Me and the kitchen not a good mix!
We produced these eight ha funny spider cupcakes!
But 2017 I want to better myself so beware of more family eats mwahaha!
I was lucky to be sent a big silver box, containing so delicious go ahead products!
I had tried some before, but this was a new selection to add to the range.
There was two packs of cookies chocolate and orange, and white chocolate and raspberry.
These were so good to have in my bag in the car, as most things go being a mum means nothing is ever yours and monkey took a liking to my goodies so in the car when she was moaning go ahead came into play.
I have to say I'm not a breakfast person it's a huge downfall since breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I just can't deal with the washing up drying and putting away I loved I had a handy slice, and there are three generous slices in each pack. And at the end throw the packet away! No washing up drying or put away eat and throw.
I calculated how many days I would have of eating a breakfast and noticed with eating the slices my energy levels didn't drop and I didn't need a nap.
I couldn't choose a favourite out of all the go ahead I was sent they were all delicious, was so upset to of come to the end of the pack, so I went and got some more this time was a cherry one mmm

Katsu Curry Recipe
So with my want to have a real flair, ok more Nigella in the kitchen I am taking on more food recipes to try!
Don’t you get bored with the same foods?
Well your not alone and were given a chance to try Katsu curry.
I Love a curry!
I’ve started to up my heat platelet before I was chicken tikka masala, korma or a lamb rogan josh.
Then braving it, chicken jalfrezi ordered, and to my surprise it was great, I try to have this when I have a nasty cold blow away the cobwebs.
With trying new types of flavours, We were sent a Yutaka Kit that can be purchased here, and with following the instructions and having the correct ingredients to make Katsu curry
* note to self, be sure flour is still to date.
Egg I think two would have been ideal,
And cut the chicken into smaller pieces as cooking time was slow!
Chicken was to be dipped in flour, egg and then the crisp coat, then in a pan again * note to self-smaller manageable pieces
Transfer to pan and hot oil. Until golden and cooked throughout.
In another pan, 1 tbsp of oil add one chopped onion, while that’s cooking boil 500 ml water and get a tray of katsu paste ready to pop in and melt.
In another pot, long grain rice is cooking with added sweetcorn for five a day.
The result, with fussy eaters, was a good try I’ll be doing again!
I was recently sent Num Noms Crispy M Mallow Brains recipe to give a try
Very similar to how we made a snack when I was younger so was fun to do this,
please ensure that you have all the correct equipment and not improvise as I did, managed to do it but I remained calm and carried on
Adding the pink and white marshmallows 200g to a bowl, above a boiling pan of water to help melt, add the 30g of butter
when the marshmallow is stringy consistency, take off the heat, adding rice crisps stirring until covered.
Get two large bowls and wet hands * must wet hands, and work fast or you will become a melted mess!
With damp hands scooping up the mixture making oval shapes, I made around twelve in all, refrigerate and then add the gory details veins in the brain, very zombified
We took inspiration from M. Mallow num nom how darn cute is she? Although what We had wasn’t so sweet!
It’s been a while since Renee Zellweger’s graced our screens with her romcom ‘Bridget Jones Diary’ back in 2001
At the start of the New Year, 32-year-old Bridget (Renée Zellweger) decides it’s time to take control of her life — and start keeping a diary. Now, the most provocative, erotic and hysterical book on her bedside table is the one she’s writing. With a taste for adventure, and an opinion on every subject – from exercise to men to food to sex and everything in between – she’s turning the page on a whole new life.
Colin Firth and Hugh Grant battle for the heart of Bridge, how could you not like Mr Darcey? The Proper gentleman, I’d say.
If you haven’t seen it.. shame on you pause reading this and get that Chick flick out and get ready for a good giggle!
Bridget Jones edge of reason 2004
The sequel to “Bridget Jones’s Diary” finds Bridget (Renée Zellweger) working as a TV host and still dating barrister Mark (Colin Firth). But Bridget is jealous of the time Mark spends with a co-worker (Jacinda Barrett), and, despite a vacation meant to smooth things over, ends their relationship. On assignment in Thailand, she has a dalliance with her disreputable ex, Daniel (Hugh Grant), and is temporarily jailed on the false accusation of drug smuggling, before Mark comes to the rescue.
For a sequel you often think no, please don’t ruin the credit from the first film, but it was so good and detailed with drugs sex and oh gosh prison but who comes to bridges rescue, Mr Darcy?
OMG THERES A 3rd Bridget Jones Baby
Breaking up with Mark Darcy (Colin Firth) leaves Bridget Jones (Renée Zellweger) over 40 and single again. Feeling that she has everything under control, Jones decides to focus on her career as a top news producer. Suddenly, her love life comes back from the dead when she meets a dashing and handsome American named Jack (Patrick Dempsey). Things couldn’t be better until Bridget discovers that she is pregnant. Now, the befuddled mom-to-be must figure out if the proud papa is Mark or Jack?
I have been lucky enough to be invited to a launch of the new Bridget Jones’s Baby newest film!
When I was contacted to have a launch night of the new Bridget Jones’s with appetisers, main, dessert and a snack to have with the film who could refuse?
I was able to take a plus one, so I took along my sister.
We met in Prezzo for canapé and drinks to chatter with the other bloggers that came along.
When you hear starters and drink my first thought is bread cheese and crackers with a glass of wine?
How wrong was I?
Prezzo pulled out the stops and our waitress was lovely!
Detailed food ..pictures
Feeling rather stuffed, we made our way next door to Pizza Hut Resturant. Where we were to have our mains. Once seated we ordered our drinks, can I say Pizza Hut do an amazing cream soda, tasted delicious!
As we were chatting, I was waiting for the menu when seven yes seven pizzas arrived. We all looked at each other in shock mainly because we were stuffed from Prezzo.
It was lovely how well looked after we were while still able to talk about what we expected from the 3rd instalment of Bridget Jones.
Some thought that Jones and Darcy were hitched, sadly not.
We made our way to the VIP cinema entrance which had comfy seats and space to move around.
As soon as Bridget appears on the screen cupcake in hand singing happy birthday everyone was on the floor crying with laughter.
I genuinely thought they couldn’t top the second film but wow was I wrong!
The film was fantastic not, and Emma Thompson was enlisted as Bridget Jones’s obstetrician and does she play a bloody brilliant part. I’m Never disappointed when Emma Thompson is in a film.
Once Again you follow the ups and downs of the complicated life that is Bridge and Without giving it all away, you obviously know by the movie title she ends up pregnant and doesn’t know who the father is.
Through the pregnancy, she is finding it hard, and her heart is torn, but deep down you can see who she wants!
You must watch to see if She gets her happy ever after or ends up a single mum.
