Hi ya guys and girlies !!
thanks for coming back to read my stories, so this week started off rather cool
slimming world I dropped 1lbs which leaves me at 11.5lbs loss yay me leaves me 2.5lbs to drop to lose a full stone ! leaving me with a small way to go till I am at target !
ok moving on from that … I joined the gym hurrahhh and brought myself a new swimming costume and trainers, I am ready to do some BodyMagic baby !
and to follow on from that I fixed my broken skates yay !!!!
ok next on the list was an interview… ohhhh what is this for do I hear you ask ??
well I was hoping to do a BTEC level 2 child care, learning and development level 2 but when I was there it was evident they have changed the course for a new one so I was kind of hmmm what do I do now, I explained being a mum to Ladybug and how I want to learn more on her development and understanding her needs..
so I was then told about this Cache Level 2 children and young people workforce, explained its from birth to teenage wider field of opportunities to work within talking more with her she said it sounds perfect for me, so then I was told to sign up me thinking I had assessments ect but told I was accepted ! so September I start in a new profession in working with children and young people, I am rather happy and now setting my ipad and my kobo touch up with my books to create space and looking on pinterest to get ahead of things already !
Itunes U has some free learning resources for a multitude of subjects.
I have to say I am smiling
Soooo we finally have summer in full bloom;
Love waking up to it being bright out makes you feel loads better.
I have even contemplated skating the school run lol
But there is just over a miles walk for that, also think ladybug will exhaust out before hitting school lol.
My skates broke last Wednesday but alas I had to look for a new pair; they came yesterday.
Slimming world is going good so far in 4 weeks I’ve lost 10.5lbs; have to say little miffed as i partook in the 10 superfree foods a day challenge and hoped I’d drop 4; of course to get my first stone but now target is to hit 3.5lbs next Wednesday !
Don’t you just hate tan lines ? Nothing worse then seeing a lovely dress on someone and there ran lines ruin it, so after school run I went tan bed apparently first time since 2010 .. Oops
So 3 mins later, not the bronzed goddess I hoped to emerge but hey little bit at a time hehe, I’ve been neglecting myself for a while now I need to make me happy.
Then the weight will just drop off ..
Also anyone suffering with hayfeaver bless ya, my dad n fella suffer bad and yet to find a good working medicine, can anyone recommend a decent one ??

A different kind of entry from me this week I have started Slimming World, completely new concept for me as I am used to Weight watchers so getting my head around syns, super free foods working out healthy extra A and B options.
My first week starting weight is 15 stone 8.7 lbs must say this is the most I have ever weighed and hope this will be the last time I see these numbers.
Ok to start off was weird and I have only just understood the Healthy Extra A & B options.
Tuesday Wasn’t a good start I spent all day asleep due to my mate being in hospital due to slicing her hand and needing 3 stitches.
So plan started Wednesday and relatively went well all week, I cut down on my oil and sugar intake also a lot of my tea in take has gone down;
Makes me feel a little better and I don’t really crave crisps and chocolate, due to the natural sweet sugar in fruit and yogurts, I can have a hot chocolate still which is great, and my main worry was fast food I would dive into mc Donald’s and have a quarter large fries and a milkshake all with OMG amount of syns in them lol.
So the test was finding a place to eat out and be healthy with my choice, mc Donald’s do a nice chicken grilled salad with 4 syns. But I found going to a cafe and asking for a jacket potatoe with beans no butter and salad works for me keeps me fuller for longer as well.
Soo the verdict on my first week on slimming world, I don’t like how you join the group you have the chat on how the plan works, now for me I’m used to Weight Watchers ProPoints and daily amounts, this to begin with baffled me lol
Slimming world have a set amount of Syns per day this is 10-15, it’s to encourage you to fill up on your free and super free foods which is your basic fruit and veg and meat.. Then we have Healthy A & B options where you have a set amount of dairy and bread a day to choose from.
But aside from that I lost 2.5 LBS yay !!
